The image file should contain three images, one for each state of the button. The images should be arranged from top to bottom where the first image represents the Start up image, the second is displayed on mouseover and the third is displayed on a mouse click. Each image should be same height and width as specified in the WIDTH and HEIGHT parameters of the Applet tag.
